Postpartum doula

I support new families in the biggest transition period of their lives. Whether this is your first child or tenth, you deserve to be supported in the ways you need. I am there to offer physical, informational, and emotional support. This could be giving tips on feeding and safe sleep practices, being a listening ear, cooking meals to help healing and energy levels, or taking care of baby while you catch up on some much needed sleep. I am there to mother the new mother and the whole family.

Fees:

Daytime: $32/hr (3 hour minimum)

Nighttime: $38/hr (8 hour minimum)

CHildbirth Education

I am an ICEA trained childbirth educator. I provide group classes that help the birthing person and their team make informed choices and to feel empowered to have the birth they want.

Fees: Varies with different class sessions

private childbirth classes

Group learning isn’t for everyone, so I offer private classes where you have my classes in a one-on-one setting.

Fees: $250 per 3-hour class session
